Red Squirrel damage

This is a photo of one of our prototype birdhouses before we started making our red oak entrance portals. The damage is from just one season

This is a photo of one of our Chickadee houses after one season out in our yard. NO Damage.

Side opens for easy cleaning

Brass rod is used to provide the hinge action on the right hand side of each birdhouse. the side opens almost a full 90 degrees

Copper Roof Flashing

All of our birdhouses have copper roof flashing that is glued and nailed with solid brass nails to the peak

Smooth on the outside, Rough on the inside

The inside of our red cedar birdhomes are left rough to provide good footing for parents and fledgelings
